Isaiah 53 Passion of the Christ
He was despised as one from whom men hide their face;
and we didn’t respect him.
But he was pierced for our transgressions.
He was crushed for our iniquities.
The punishment that brought our peace was on him;
and by his wounds we are healed.

I remember Palm Sundays growing up. We would always bring home a palm and my Mom would place it behind one of the paintings on the wall.
