Stunning
Summers Peak
by Hilda Sanderson
June lets summer softly in
With warm and sunny skies
While hotter days beg for realease
To which July replies
And as the season slowly heats
With blazing searing passion
The days grow long and lazy too
In summer's special fashion.
And at its peak the world seems to
Relax for just a while
To bathe in natures glow
And summer's sultry smile.
From the July bulletin from the nursing home where my precious
Grandmother resides.
Thanks for putting a song in my heart
Love and prayers and deepest sympathy for the family of the late
Dr. Paul Quenneville
God touched him with His fingers and he slept.
What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us
what we have done for others and the world remains immortal.
