Looking for Diabetic recipes using softer foods
I see a nutrionist in November to work out my diabetes meal planning.
The raw foods I have been eating have set my stomach in turmoil and the doctor suspects I have
an upper hiatal hernia. Being set up for a CT scan next.............
One thing after another lately.
If you have good health treasure it and never ever take it for granted.
You are truly blessed.
Still do not have an appt with a gyn for the polyp. Will let you all know when that is booked.
Shortage of doctors here and if you have one you are lucky.
I need good healthy diabetic meal planning for now with soft foods.
Any ideas please pass them along.
Stay well and keep happy and healthy sweet ones.
Love Jeanne

Eat more fibrous foods that prevents Type 2 diabetes .If you eat the right grains for breakfast, such as whole-grain barley or rye, the regulation of your blood sugar is facilitated after breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
